Comic-con 2012

Si iniziano a scaldare i motori per l’edizione 2012 del ComicCon, la convention annuale che si tiene ogni estate a San Diego in California e che presenta le ultime novità in fatto di film, serie tv, fumetti, videogames, merchandising e molto altro!

La Warner Bros, sezione Television, è la prima ad annunciare il calendario completo delle proprie presentazioni. Per il quinto anno consecutivo la Warner Bros Television presenta al ComicCon in anteprima mondiale i pilot di alcune tra le due serie tv più attese. Quest’anno saranno addirittura 5 le serie presentate (tutte del genere drama): 666 Park Avenue (con Vanessa Williams e Terry O’Quinn), il supereroistico Arrow, Cult, Following (di Kevin Williamson e con Kevin Bacon) e Revolution (prodotta da J.J.Abrams).

Ecco quali saranno le serie tv presentate al Comic-Con 2012 di San Diego. Attesi nell’enorme Sala H i panel di Game of Thrones e The Walking Dead, ma ci saranno anche Dexter, True Blood, Breaking Bad e molti altri.

Il Comic-Con 2012, l’importante convention annuale, si terrà dal 12 al 15 luglio dove verranno presentate alcune tra le pellicole e serie tv più attese ed amate. Il calendario ufficiale dei panel cinematografici non è stato ancora diffuso, ma i primi rumor sulle possibili presenze di studios e kolossal, parlano di Lo Hobbit, Man of Steel e Iron Man 3.

Sul piano televisivo sono invece stati dati gli ultimi annunci e pare proprio seguiremo in diretta alcuni panel (sicuramente quelli in sala H) davvero interessanti ed attesi! Scoprite quali sono:

• GAME OF THRONES (venerdì 13 luglio): visto l’enorme successo della seconda stagione della serie fantasy basata sui romanzi di George R.R. Martin, la HBO ha deciso di programmare il panel della serie nell’enorme sala H del Convention Center: 6500 posti a sedere. Attesa buona parte del cast (almeno dei superstiti!) e aspettiamo news riguardo alla produzione della terza stagione. Difficilmente lo perderemo!

• TRUE BLOOD (sabato 14 luglio): la quinta stagione è attualmente in onda negli Stati Uniti ed è una delle serie via cavo più viste in America. Non sappiamo ancora quali talent saranno presenti nella Ballroom 20, ma non dovrebbero mancare Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer e Joe Manganiello.

• THE WALKING DEAD (venerdì 13 luglio, ore 22.25 ora italiana): per la prima volta AMC porterà la serie via cavo più vista del momento alla Convention e lo farà nell’enorme Sala H: saremo certamente presenti. Parteciperanno al panel di un’ora intitolato “Talking Dead” gli attori Andrew Lincoln, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Denai Guerrero, David Morrisey, e i produttori Glen Mazzara, Gale Anne Hurd, Robert Kirkman e Greg Nicotero.

• BREAKING BAD (venerdì 13 luglio): l’altra acclamata serie targata AMC, e vincitrice di diversi Emmy Awards, non mancherà nemmeno quest’anno a San Diego. Ci saranno al panel (nella Ballroom 20) Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Anna Gunn, Dean Norris, Betsy Brandt, RJ Mitte, Jonathan Banks e il produttore Vince Gilligan. La nuova serie, l’ultima, inizierà prenderà il via proprio domenica 15 luglio e sarà occasione per congedarsi dai fan e presentare anticipazioni.

• DEXTER (giovedì 12 luglio): Al panel di Dexter, che si terrà nella Ballroom 20, risponderanno alle domande dei fan Michael C. Hall (Dexter), Jennifer Carpenter (Deb), la nuova arrivata Yvonne Strahovski, e i produttori esecutivi della serie John Goldwyn, Sara Colleton e Scott Buck. Verranno mostrati in anteprima alcuni minuti della season première.

• SHAMELESS (sabato 14 luglio): sarà presente al Comic-Con anche la divertente serie con William H. Macy (Frank), Emmy Rossum (Fiona), Justin Chatwin (Steve), Jeremy Allen White (Lip) e il produttore John Wells (West Wing, ER, Southland).

• TRON: UPRISING (venerdì 13 luglio): Nella sala 6A del Convention Center Elijah Wood (“Beck”) e Bruce Boxleitner (“Tron”), le voci di Tron: Uprising, presenteranno la serie animata legata al mondo di Tron insieme al regista Charlie Bean e ai produttori Edward Kitsis e Adam Horowitz. Verranno mostrate le prime clip della serie.

Per la prima volta in assoluto i panel di Fringe, Supernatural e The Big Bang Theory si terranno della sala H, la più grande di tutto il Convention Center (si parla di 8mila posti a sedere), che solitamente è destinata ai panel dei più importanti kolossal cinematografici.

666 Park Avenue (Sundays 10/9c ABC): “Lost”’s Terry O’Quinn and “Desperate Housewives”’ Vanessa Williams headline this seductive drama from Alloy Entertainment as the owners of a Manhattan apartment building who recruit an idealistic young couple to manage the historic site where anything you desire can be yours … for a price.

Arrow (Wednesdays 8/7c The CW): From Greg Berlanti (“Green Lantern”), Marc Guggenheim (“Green Lantern”), Andrew Kreisberg (“Warehouse 13″, “Fringe”) and David Nutter (“Smallville”, “Supernatural”, “Game of Thrones”), this hard-hitting action series reinvents the DC hero. After being marooned for five years on a remote island, billionaire Oliver Queen returns home with a mysterious agenda and very lethal new set of skills that he uses in a war on crime.

Cult (Midseason The CW): In this visceral thriller from the creator of “Farscape” and the producers of “Chuck”, a bright and driven reporter teams up with an inquisitive television researcher to investigate a series of disturbing disappearances all tied to a wildly popular new television show called… “Cult”.

The Following (Midseason Mondays FOX): Golden Globe winner/Emmy nominee Kevin Bacon and “Rome”’s James Purefoy star in this cat-and-mouse thriller from Kevin Williamson (“The Vampire Diaries”) about a diabolical serial killer (Purefoy) and the psychologically scarred ex-FBI agent (Bacon) called in to stop him and the cult of serial killers he has created.

Revolution (Mondays 10/9c NBC): In this epic adventure thriller from “Supernatural”’s Eric Kripke, J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions and “Iron Man”’s Jon Favreau, a family struggles to reunite in a post-apocalyptic landscape of empty cities, local militias and heroic freedom fighters where every single piece of technology — phones, computers, cars, even lights — has mysteriously blacked out … forever.
